The dark history of Tudou.com founder Wang Wei exposed: cheating during marriage, abandoning his first wife, countered with a single move and miserably compensated 7 million USD!

Wang Wei married Shanghai Dragon TV host Yang Lei in 2007, but the marriage didn't last more than a few years. Industry insiders say he was involved with ballerina Tan Yuanyuan during the marriage, determined to divorce. After devaluing company assets, he only gave Yang Lei 100,000 in compensation and directly kicked her out of the marital home. Yang Lei didn't make a fuss at the time and silently signed. Who knew that at the critical moment when Tudou.com was sprinting for a US listing, Yang Lei suddenly sued to demand a division of equity, directly freezing the shares. Wang Wei was forced to pay $7 million to settle, the IPO was delayed for over half a year, and Youku seized the opportunity. Ultimately, the company was acquired, resulting in losses exceeding 100 million.
